Though not seeing this myself, it is still refreshing to hear optimistic assertions. The current film "Civil war" does suggest some optimism contrary to its contents since it demonstrates that the Americans have that kind of open-mindedness to work with, and perhaps are just about capable of staying unified in a renewed way. We cannot imagine China tolerates such a film.
