西方文化的哲學能力其實很弱，有些徒有其表，我最近的一個體會。

On the surface, western civilization produced a string of big name philosophers, yet their perception and methodologies were very limited and could be replaced, displaced or extrapolated by scientific investigations. For this reason,  since the maturity of the discipline of "fundamental physics", many physicists no longer took philosophy seriously.
