Schopenhauer's work "The World as Will and Representation".
I didn't quite get what it meant. Later, I figured it was related to覺性 when the Will is pristine or "primordial" enough as the driving force of creation whose outer forms are just "representation".
覺性 is of course deeper. Yet 金剛經：一切聖賢皆以無為法而有等差 . The Will lies in the 等差 . My view.
