True, but this rhetoric applies to too many bad things - almost all seriously bad things.

But they still keep occurring.

All one can do is not to be part of it.

This is perhaps how those seriously bad things eventually stop occurring.

But some individuals still practice it in here. Which shows how persistent it is.
