I ask this question since I tend to think it is impossible to create the genuine  effect of weightlessness unless one wildly messes  up one's brain. Since you are in the field, so I wonder if you can provide with some insights. Of course, technically this part of the metaverse may not be available yet. In theory, how is it done if there is a theory?
