2020年天災

2021年天災繼續，再加上人禍

我能做的隻能從默觀，祈禱開始

"May I be able to see the source of anger, craving, and delusion in my self"

“May I be free from attachment and aversion, but not to be indifferent ”。

"May I be able to live fresh, solid and free"
