Nothing wrong with領導力. Here 力 refers to 能力 ( function) but power.

Regarding Object Oriented Programming , the English term itself sounds rather clumsy, don't you think? We can then take advantage of the resilience of the Chinese language as to make up a new term. I am thinking of 具向編程 or something like that. 具 here refers to 具體 or器具, or both.
