建議讀讀 the power of now。。。

Eckart Tolle is enlightened from Chirstian background. what he teach not so different from Buddha.

But one need to experience the oneness/That/emptiness/buddha nature. understanding is not enough.  that's why meditation/spirtual pactise is absolute necessary.

另外個人理解：不夾帶私貨的愛 = 慈悲
