其實不奇怪，作為無限覺知，知道一切都是自己，是愛讓我（覺知）以人

的形式講話，讓大家（也就是我自己）知道自己的本質。除了愛，沒有任何‘人’的動機。

你可能不懂無我到底是什麽狀態。無我不等於不會說話，不會生活，不會吃飯，無我是指‘我’的定位已經無限膨脹到覺知上，而不再局限於肉身，雖然肉身也是這個廣義‘我’的一部分，但肉身再也不局限‘我’了。

You don't give up the body. You give up the idea of body as 'me'.

You don't give up the world. You give up the idea of a world outside of 'me'.

You don't give up life. You give up the idea of a life being lived by a 'me'.

I AM LIFE alone.

Life is living the body, not a body is living a life, as simple as that.
