這個道理，耶穌基督是懂的，《聖經》裏也是明說的。在《聖經》裏，至少有三處講到這個道理：

Luke(6:37): Do not judge, and you will not be judged; and do not condemn, and you will not be condemned; pardon, and you will be pardoned.

Matthew (7:1-2): Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

Romans (2:1): You, therefore, have no excuse, you who pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge another, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things.
