In someway, life is a self-fulfilled prophecy.

You make your own destiny and work towards it.

On dealing with others, Mahatma Gandhi famously said: to be the change you want to see in the world.    I am a believer of that statement.

It is almost the same as the old Confucius saying: treat people the way you want to be treated.
