“時間測量”是屬於物理學 (physics)的問題，“時間”是 metaphysics 問題。根據相對論，only local time is measurable, so only local time exists for them. Absolute time is not measurable physically, therefore 科學實證派 (veificationism) deny Absolute time.他們也不會承認有靈魂， 因為無法用物理的方法“核實”。
