那麽ego的幻覺也是大我的manifest之一？

要去除幻覺，就是讓大我不要manifest了？

No! let it manifest as it wishes, but don't identify the manifest (which is body and mind) as the real you.  Always identify the Pure Consciousness as the real SELF
