don't agree

from individual standpoint, it is a loss if they still stay here. However, if you think from a country's perspective it is actually good for us Chinese. The more comfortable you feel of the environment, the more likely you will stay--you can expect those Indian and Russians would make the environment even more comfortable for themselves, and very soon you will see more and more failing companies. While on the other hand the east Asians who didn't feel comfortable here have left here for their own countries, thus we have seen all those successful companies and countries that they have helped build.
