In order to live healthy and slow ageing, my husband and I have been experimenting diet changes as well as exercises. He also used this sensor to monitor glucose before and after meals. So the changes of glucose # gave us the idea what we should eat and what we shouldn't.
We are at our mid 50s, 60s and quite fit and healthy. Our diet now is more like keto + Mediterranean. In addition to blood sugar, we also monitor Blood pressure , sleep, weight, HRV, reaction time etc almost every day.
