Thanks so much for your posting..it is very helpful

-          I am in investment consulting...are you in the same field or management consulting?

-          Work life balance is important to me...My baby boy is turning 2 next month

-          Career goal: this is a tough one...somehow it feels like being a consultant is still in the game..but working in corporate middle office is less relevant

-          Can you maybe comment on typically how many years can a consultant make Principal...how many years Partner?
