After a goal kick is taken, the ball leaves the penalty area but a gust of wind sends it back into the penalty area and the ball enters the goal whithout having been touched by any other player.  What decision should the referee make?

a) The referee awards a corner kcik because an own goal cannot be scored from a goal kick.

b) The referee orders the goal kcik to be retaken.  The ball was never in play.

c) The referee awards a goal.
