i agree

he's shown to have tall potentials but something is off in his mechanics. with fundamentally sound techniques, even on a bad day he should still be able to put up minimally acceptable numbers. right now he can go 20 pts for one game and 4 pts for the next. that to me indicates a shaky base. the flaws remain uncorrected all these years and his game fluctuates with his mental state. early celebrity probably didn't help him stay focused either.
