that's the biggest problem

with such limited play time, the best way i see it to turn the tide is to improve his shooting. if he could make critical shots to help win close games, there's a high chance he could start again. he's not allowed to run the offense now, so assists would be limited. playing hard defense is a thankless job with high risk of injury.
