I am afraid it won't be that easy

He won't have chance to develop under critical situations. He already lost 2 years in Houston without chance to playing through mistakes and develop. His shooting percentage is better but his control of the game and the ball not too much different from Linsanity time. If we expect him to develop into a real elite PG, it is concerning.
