Is there a thing such as deferring without being seen as a coward or a pushover?
Or act with autonomy but not be seen as unprofessional, disrespectful or egotistical?
If Lin can somehow balance those aspects, I really think Jeremy will thrive in the Lakers.

能恰到好處，不溫不火的 manage those aspects 確實是老中的弱項，現在看ABC小中也不擅長這種遊刃有餘的stand your ground。看來不光是語言問題，還有文化問題。
