不管組織怎麽對待我，不管組織讓我幹什麽，哪怕是無辜降職讓別人取代自己，一定不能有情緒，更不能耍態度 。要任勞任怨，積極主動。在底層更要有動力，即使不能創造好成績，也要始終保持良好的形象。如果創造過好成績也不被領導認可，那就自身再找找原因，再提高技術。是金子在哪兒都會發光。
