No. That's Morey's daydream: holding both players as bench players for this season for the WIN, and get rid of their $30 million contract in the
summer. Other managers are no fools. If Morey does that, he is going to bit his own poison pill. So Morey goes with his plan 2, trying to get a 3rd star by bundling Lin and Asik. Obviously plan 2 doesn't work either. Now he is trying the plan 3 in a panic mode, trading for contracts that expire next season to get rid of the poison pill.  The bottom line is, Morey will either get a fake star or unload them for salary space in next season.He is in a bad trading position right now.
