冰箱講話的藝術很高，冰箱在狼做了10年的GM，這是典型的GM的講話。

冰箱對籃球的領悟是很高的，不然不會是50大。但不會教人也不會觸類旁通。先闡述自己的經驗和觀念，要好的大個，這是以前我成功的經驗，現在的球隊不是我的飯。搞外線或其它的要幾個好的人，然後大家一起摸著石頭過河，把球給最好的人讓他搞，搞到哪裏是哪裏，其他人就哄他開心，手下搞不好我也沒法，我自己不打。但講話的核心是模糊，雲山霧罩，看了半天也看不出具體要幹啥，大家就跟著感覺走，贏了也糊塗，輸了也糊塗。
