Let me propose a 3 way trade that benefits everyone

Howard to Clippers for Griffin and a 2nd round draft,
Bosh (and Cole, or Batieer)  to Clippers for DeAndre Jordan and Bledsoe
This way, Paul will play with Howard which is want he wanted.  They got a solid PF in Bosh to replace Griffin.  Although a slight downgrade, but can be compensated by the upgrade they get from Howard at the center.
Heat get a bigger inside presence especially on defensive end to compete against Indiana for the years to come.  And Heat also get a quick, uprising guard in Bledsoe to compete against D-Rose and Rondo in the East.
The only thing is Clippers won't get Doc Rivers as coach, but they can hire Brain Shaw or George Karl.
