Why can't Grizzlies set up some inside game with ZBo and Gasol?

Shouldn't they at least make some conscious effort to establish their bigs inside first? Their guards are not world-beater, dead-eye shooter. They have Gasol run out to set picks all the time, while guards can't penetrate or shoot.

Posting up takes effort and time, but you can't just go the easy route, especially when it's not your strength.
