be an elite player play both end of the game and lead a team to a higher level. he is an elite scorer, that is pretty much it today.
btw, both melo and chandler imjuried and sit out a couple of games. they could play with injury but that could hurt the team more now or into the playoffs. so it is better to rest a few games.
