I will tell you a stretch to fix tennis elbow and it is very simple, effective, it is my life changer! I play badminton for a long time, I started get tennis elbow about 5 years ago, it get so bad, I cannot hold a soda can, I go to doctor get a cortisone shot every 6 month for couple of years. Then maybe 3 years ago, found a stretch, practice couple of minutes before and between plays, now my tennis elbow is totally gone!
1. if you right elbow hurts, straight out your arm forward 45 degree
2. bend your wrist toward 90 degree
3. use left hand hold right hand and keep in that position for more than 30 seconds, you will feel a little bit discomfort at wrist and elbow, no need to bend too hard, just feel stretching is good enough.
almost same stretch can fix golf elbow too, just bend wrist outward.
