By definition, PG is the floor general and coach on court, especially for most offense.

Pg has to set up play on the fly according what opponent's defense giving. That is why CP3, Rondo, Nash, kidd and Parker are all leaders. Lin and Harden can mesh very well and maximize their output greatly if coach knows how to encourage or set free of them.
