McHale always encourage young players to play with own inititive, and create for themselves. That's why you see Parsons and Morris sometimes get very creative with own chances.
This is the youngest team, and playing a set system is really not highest priority, but rather playing the maximum to their abilities. That's why I have repeated 10 times today alone that Lin needs to play more freely. He needs to mix up his games, don't be disciplined good boy - either sitting at the corner wait for open 3, or I need people set picks for me to drive. He can try something different, like posting up smaller guards, or take some in-rhythm mid-range jump shots.
