So Houston didn't overpay Lin at all plus got many milions in arena commercial. Les also got increased cable deal for Rockets game. Knicks that time increased a cable deal of 300+ milion

because of linsanity. So bussiness wise, Lin is better than free. It is just pure gold mine.

Let us all wait and see what the real value of Lin if he can keep healthy. I am sure his Shoe deal itself will surpass kobe or Jodan, Yao Ming. ( a few hundred milions)
