Hard to say, but I don't think McHale had a choice.
The only player that was able to stay on Vasquez was Lin. The only times Vasquez started scoring was when either Lin was sitting or he could screened/double screened onto a switch.
The team wasn't hitting a lot of easy baskets or 3's, they got blocked a fair bit, and they had trouble getting foul calls which meant they had to play more of a defensive game.
Good win and score line in spite of all that.
McHale doesn't usually play Lin 40+ mins, so hoping this is just a one off anomaly.
