問一個足球人牆的問題

最近10年，除了世界杯，很少看足球比賽轉播了。今天看英格蘭和德國比賽，罰直接任意球時，防守方依舊會排成人牆，今天看到人牆後居然還有第二道防線，地上躺個隊員，預防人牆隊員跳起來，踢球的會用滾地球突破人牆。什麽時候開始的？似乎不多見，誰是首創，英格蘭？
