what he has.  Picking a HC is sheer luck.  You might hit a jackpot to bring BB to your team, or take an "offensive genius" to ruin the team chemistry like McAdoo.  I keep my fingers crossed on this hiring.

I am very excited that Jame Bettcher will be joining the Giants as Defensive Coordinator today btw.  His defense rocked.  3-4 though
