Perfect answer. This is the real situation i encountered when

 playing with Bart, I touched the net after the ball bounced once, I said I won the point .But Bart corrected me this morning and confirmed by another veteral tennis player.

The reason it has to bounce twice is: after one bounce, your apponent still has a chance to hit it back, touching the net interfere with your opponent.
