No matter how good the coach is, as long as James does not stopping interfere with the coach's decision making, Cavalier has no chance to mount atop. James has skill, but he is not a super star considering his psychological guts. Unfortunately he always thinks himself a all-round super. That is why he failed whenever he is the no.1 in the team. Miami had Wade as No. 1 so they scooped two rings.
