好消息。

1）法官Chun把second-degree manslaughter的罪降到criminally negligent homicide。

2）The misconduct charges still stand。

3）刑期：five years probation and 800 hours of community service

4）除了群眾遊行，應該看到背後的good lawyering。加州的祝凱律師在罪審後期開始關注，定罪後找到了UC Davis的法學教授Gabriel J. Chin，然後通過Chin找到重量級criminal defense attorney Paul Shechtman。接過了案子，辦理sentencing階段的工作。最後幫助取得了勝利。兩位律師是不是還會再主張appeal，現在不清楚。
