為了將來的方便，你隻好現在麻煩一點。Free的殺毒軟件常常殺不死所有的病毒. 如果我是你的話，我會
1. do a factory restore (殺死一切病毒，連同軟件和文件)
2. install all desired software
3. save a system image in an external HD (這是你的ultimate救命丸)
4. copy all saved personal files back to your computer
5. use your computer for a few days. If your system get into trouble again, your personal files might be corrupted.
Restore your computer use the image file. If everything works fine, save another system image (這是你的第二粒救命丸,可能沒第一粒幹淨)

以後時不時殺殺病毒，定期backup personal files and/or make more system images.想幹嗎幹嗎. 出了問題就用以前的image file restore.
再也不需要重裝軟件.
