在新加坡工作過的朋友給點意見

正在和一個公司談一個Offer，在新加坡工作，負責亞洲的一些事務，大約50%時間要出差，工資大約12萬美金，合16-17萬新元。

從來沒到過新加坡，沒有一絲概念， 請在新加坡工作過的朋友給點意見, 這個工資在新加坡算什麽樣的水平， 是否可以有一個Decent Life。

另外，這個公司答應提供房租補貼，因為新加坡的房子比北美的貴，但具體多少還沒談。 能否給一個大體的範圍，在一個好區租一個兩室一廳的房子或Townhouse，大概需要多少錢。
