SGD15,000 per month is a very good offer. only few people can reach this salary level. if they offer housing allowance, it will be really attractive. of course, that will also depends on your current job conditions.

a two BR apt in a relative good location could cost u SGD2500/m in private condo, or 1500/m in gov. housing.

50% travel can make u feel better about SIN for u can escape SIN's hot weather often.

so in many ways, a good offer and it is for senior director level I would say normally, and probably u will be in the top 5% of the salaried population.
