相關資料介紹：1955年，巴拿馬音樂家阿馬隆（Carlos Eleta Almaran）為兄弟夫人去世而寫作了歌曲《Historia de Amor》，至今是歐美社會特別流行的歌曲之一。1960年到1970年，台灣歌星靜婷和鄧麗君演唱了中文版、歌名《我的心裏隻有你沒有他》；從此，這首歌曲在東亞流行。最近10年左右，這首歌傳入了中國大陸。
