LP出軌了，我該怎麽辦？

說起來丟人，最近發現LP有了外遇，憤怒，鬱悶，想懲罰一下那小子，卻不知該怎麽辦。有哥們建議我給移民局寫信告他，我是公民，LP 綠卡，我知道他現在485 PENDING，隻有他的姓名，沒有他的RECEIPT#，A #，移民局會因為他破壞別人的家庭不給他綠卡嗎？我有他們之間的EMAIL，能算有力證據嗎？

還有朋友建議到他公司去告他，美國老板會管這種事嗎？
