我愛的主宰，對你我俯首稱臣
你的美德已經編緊我的義務，
非為顯我才幹，隻為見證責任，
我呈送給你這封寫就的使書：

責任這樣重，而如我這般學淺，
或似直白，需詞語將它表達
但是我希望你有一些奇思妙言，
在靈裏全然赤裸，將其賜下； 

直到不管是哪顆星引導我前行
態度親切和藹給我指引方向，
並用衣物來遮蓋我襤褸的愛情，
向我顯明值得你甜蜜的敬仰。

然後我才敢誇說我如何確實愛你；
不到那時，將不出現在你考驗我之地。
