贈別二首之二

多情卻似總無情，唯覺樽前笑不成。

蠟燭有心還惜別，替人垂淚到天明。

So passionate but always seem unconcerned at departures,
In front of the wine cups I only feel  no pleasures.
Candles have hearts as they are reluctant to part,
And shed tears all night til daybreak, substituting others.
