Last July, I went on a 10 days 5800 miles storm chase trip with a local community college. Although, we didn't get too close to a tornado, but did see a few amazing storms. After the trip, I vowed to chase again.
1. A storm was breeding on the S. Dakota prairie:
2. A chase day can be very long. This particlar day, we started at Madison Hat Alberta Canada 7am. This was taken somewhere in central S. Dakota around 8pm. We drove another 4 hrs afterwards to our hotel for the night... 960 miles of driving in one day!!
3. The trip was not all about the storm. We goofed off while waiting.
4. Tossed around a football.
5. Directed traffic.
6. Okay, I lied. It was all about the storms:)
