請教，請幫診斷 - 室內遊泳in-door swimming

下圖的參數為：

Canon 30D, f/5, Exposure time = 1/200 sec., ISO-1000, white balance = Auto, Exposure bias = 0 step; focal length = 160 mm, Metering mode = Spot. No flash.
3504X2336, 72 dpi, bit depth = 24, resolution unit = 2, sRGB;

鏡頭: Canon EF 70-300mm 1:4-5.6 IS USM

請問： 我的設置有問題嗎？ 是否這樣的室內光線我就得用閃光燈了？我怎麽才能排好室內室外遊泳比賽呢？
