Big disapointments on Mark III

1, The shutter speed still stays 200 when using on camera flash just like Mark II.

2, Adobe CS5 or CS6 do not support Mark III's raw photos. (Light room 4 can convert the raw photo to JPG, but what is the point to covert if you can take jpg picture? big disapointment!)
