求教：佳能EOS Rebel T3，加幣649，值得買嗎？

我想買個相機，希望能夠長期使用。不知Costco的這個Deal怎樣？是否值得我這樣的新手擁有？

加幣649圓，外帶兩個鏡頭，一個包包。懇請前輩指點，謝謝！
