我看到不少攝影師拍#2這樣的角度。

THis post was my sugestion to the event organizer.  Because I saw the same model did one on her website.  However, that one was done in nutural light and they used like 1.4 or something.  She stretched out her left arm reaching to the photog and her breasts are all blurred out. 

We used only a small spot light with a grid right above her head.  The idea is to light up on the head but darken the rest of the body.  It took us a couple tries but could not locallize the light.  I use the de-focus funtion to blur the rest of the shot.
