南非及雜片（一）

Brief itinerary: Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe) with a day trip to Chobe NP (Botswana), Johanne*****urg, safaris, Cape Town to Port Elizabeth. Mid August to early September 2011.

 

Kruger NP (#1-6, 10-12). In average, ~2000 vehicles visit Kruger every day.

#1 Me: 太陽都老高嘞。還睡呐？

 

#2 Lion (L): 這不起來了嗎？真囉嗦！

     Me: We are waiting for you to show some action.

     L: What kind of action?

     Me: Hunt an antelope for example.

     L: Did you see antelopes around?

     Me: No.

     L: 那你不是刁難老夫嗎？

 

#3 L: 拿你真沒法。不過這也難不倒老夫。看老夫的！

     旁白 : 這可是真人（獅）秀， 霸王硬上弓呐 。母獅都呲牙裂嘴啦 。

     Me: (徹底無語了。心想老兄還真夠意思 。竟敢在光天化日眾目睽睽之下表演春宮。)

 

#4 L (to lioness): I am very, very sorry. You look as if you were hurt a lot.

     旁白 : 看來母獅真是傷不起啊 。是家暴還是耍流氓？諸位看官，如果你是judge, 你會怎麽判？Please show me your judgment.

     Me: (動作真是極快。It’s only 1 min total from #1-4. 呲牙裂嘴僅一霎那就過了。)

 

#5 獅子看多了會視覺疲勞，上些別的。Banana xxx (forgot the word) bird with a size of an eagle.

 

#6 Sable antelopes, weighing ~500 pounds, rarely seen even at Kruger NP. Only one male (black) in the herd.

 

#7 Mother elephant was helping the baby boy (less than 3 days old per guide) to stand up on its own.

     (#7-9 Chobe NP, Botswana)

 

#8 Lilac breast roller - Botswana's national bird.

 

#9 Banded mongoose (獴).

 

 

#10 Lioness (~10 yards from the lion), taken right prior to #1. #10-11 were more evidence provided for your judgment.

 

#11 Right after #3. 母獅真是傷得不輕啊 。Lions are the sexiest animals in the world. Males do it ~500 times a week.

 

#12 Traffic jam. One three-years old girl and two-years old twin boys, with the mother just off the pavement. We saw lions in close distances four times in the morning, much more than I expected. Lions usually sleep a lot during the day. Our guide said the temperature was near freezing (which was unusual here) several days ago and lions cannot hunt in cold weather. They must make up now and be very active. It’s very lucky for us.
